For over 7 years, I worked as a Tactical Performance Dietitian supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces. That work gave me a front-row seat to what stress, sleep debt, poor fueling, and environmental exposures really do to the body over time. 

Now, I help first responders and military professionals fuel smarter and build resilience from the inside out by improving gut health, managing stress, and recovering stronger so you can perform under pressure and stay strong on and off duty.
