How It Works

Modules drip over 8 weeks so you're not overwhelmed with info. Before each group call, you watch the assigned content. Then we meet live to review the material, dig into your questions, and open it up for group discussion and Q&A.

This isn't hot seat 1v1 coaching on the group calls. It's collaborative learning. You'll benefit from hearing other athletes' questions, challenges, and breakthroughs—even the ones you didn't think to ask. And when you need something more personalized, that's what your 1v1 call is for.
