No individual is the same which is why Fueling Upward offers multiple performance packages. Performance nutrition should be tailored to the individual's current goals, knowledge and lifestyle. 1v1 packages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Full nutrient analysis of macronutrient and micronutrient intakes
  • Recommendations based on current food journal and pertinent medical and nutrition history (lab work testing and interpretation based on program selected)
  • Individualized guidelines based on current needs, goals, and training programs such as pre-post workout fueling, long-distance¬†fueling, or injury recovery
  • Strategies and meal ideas to maximize grocery shopping trips and weekly meal planning
  • Education regarding supplements, sports nutrition products, and ergogenic aids
  • Detailed nutrition and lifestyle modifications to help manage GI concerns, such as food allergies and intolerances
  • PCR stool testing, interpretation, and action plan (availability depends on program selected)
  • Continuous support and accountability (frequency depends on program selected)
  • Easy to navigate client portal, accessible by phone and computer
  • Supporting professional resources and materials aligned with performance goals

1v1 Performance Nutrition Coaching

You can't be a well-functioning athlete if you aren't a well-functioning human first

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER:

  • 3 Month 1v1 Intensive
  • The Performance Pit Stop (3 sessions)
  • Race Day Fueling (1 hour session)
  • PCR¬†Stool Testing/Performance Lab Work Interpretation¬†

1V1 INTENSIVE

This individual coaching program runs for 3 months and will cover everything you need to know to fuel for your training, competition, and optimizing your body's recovery. 

Best for athletes looking for frequent accountability and guidance through consistent structure and professional support.

OR

For athletes if you have an upcoming surgery/recovering from surgery OR you recently suffered a sports injury and will be on a modified activity level for at least 6 weeks.

Starting with an initial 60 minute coaching session and up to two 30 minute sessions per month.

Access to professional resources, guides, and additional messaging communication.

Cost: Starting at $1925

THE PIT STOP/RACE DAY FUELING

This 3 session program was created for the athletes who just need a mini-check-in. Think of this like your own little performance aid station!

Initial 60 minute coaching session followed by two 30 minute follow ups.

Sessions must be used within a 3 month time frame. 

Cost: $600

Looking for last-minute race-day fueling guidelines? We offer a 1 hour session specifically geared towards your race day fueling needs.

It is recommended you have your fueling sessions 3-6 months in advance of an event for best results.

Cost: $175

PCR STOOL TESTING/LAB REVIEW

Are you an athlete feeling stuck with your health and performance despite being told everything's normal? It's frustrating, but you're not alone.

Our functional testing goes deeper to find potential hidden issues affecting your performance. We offer personalized solutions, including PCR stool testing for gut health along with traditional lab work. Let's work together to create a nutrition plan that supports your healing and helps you reach peak performance.
