The 1v1 Intensive is four months of one-on-one coaching with a Sports Dietitian where we look at the whole picture and build a fueling strategy around everything that moves with you as your training and life evolve.
You’re in the right place if you’re:
Training 3 to 6 days per week and ready to stop leaving performance on the table.
Building toward a race or event (i.e. marathon, 50K, Hyrox comp, or mountain summit).
Coming off an injury or heading into the off season and committed to coming back stronger and more resilient.
Ready to break up with the cycle of fatigue, gut issues, and niggles.
Looking for clear communication, personalized feedback, and real support between sessions.

The Fueling Upward Coaching Method
Phase 1:
Assess We start with a deep dive into your training, lifestyle, overall health, and current fueling habits to understand exactly where you are and what's getting in the way.
Phase 2:
Build We layer in personalized nutrition strategies built around your training, your schedule, and your top goals. This is where the foundations get established and performance nutrition starts falling into place.
Phase 3:
Refine We build off everything we've established and start sharpening the details. Fuel plans get tested, products get vetted, patterns get identified and adjusted. By the end of this phase your nutrition strategy is built around exactly what your body needs to show up and perform.
Phase 4:
Perform You show up to your race, your summit, or your next training block fueled, confident, and ready. You have the tools to maintain it long after our time together ends.

60-minute initial deep dive to understand your goals, routines, stressors, and barriers
40-minute follow up session every 3 weeks to adjust your plan as life and training evolve
Access to ELEVATE for additional resources and support outside of coaching sessions
Secure direct messaging for feedback, questions, and support between all sessions
Access to additional nutrition resources and performance lab work (if applicable to your plan)

Performance Labwork and qPCR Stool Testing may be available as add-ons. You may also want to consider Gut & Functional Testing coaching options. Not available in select states*
