The Performance Pit Stop gives you three focused nutrition sessions with a Sports Dietitian to get clear answers, targeted guidance, and a plan you can put to work right away.

Feel solid in training but want clarity on one or two key nutrition areas holding you back.
Desire targeted guidance on 1-2 specific topics such as day to day fueling, supplements, recovery strategies, hydration, or your race day fuel plan.
Want expert eyes on your current approach without the full commitment of 1v1 coaching.
Prefer to absorb information, apply it on your own, and check back in as needed.

One 60-minute initial strategy session to understand your goals and identify key performance gaps
Two 30-minute follow-up calls to refine and adapt your plan (at 3 and 6 weeks after initial)
