1v1 Intensive
Whether you're prepping for a race, multi-day mountain adventure, or leveling up in the off-season, this is where performance meets personalization. Multiple coaching sessions, private messaging between calls, and access to the Elevate self-paced program included.
Performance Pit Stop
Three focused sessions for athletes who want clarity and actionable guidance on topics like fueling, recovery, and supplementation. Whether you need a targeted tune-up or a confidence check before a big event, come in with your questions and leave with an action plan.
Functional Performance Testing
When chronic gut issues, unexplained fatigue, or slow recovery have been holding you back, this is where we find out why. We take a deep dive into your gut health, inflammation, micronutrient status, and hormone function through a performance lens. GI Map stool testing and performance bloodwork interpretation available as standalone or combined options.

No rigid PDF meal plans here. Macro tracking may be used short-term for personalized feedback, but the goal is for you to fuel confidently without relying on apps or counting calories long-term. My job is to teach you the tools and strategies to build meals that actually fit your life.

Improved body composition is a by-product of appropriate training, better fueling, and improved sleep. All of this should be personalized to you and done so in a realistic and sustainable manner.

I have ongoing coaching options available for 1v1 Intensive and Gut Health athletes. On average, athletes work with me for 3-12 months, but may be longer depending on your goals.

I am 100% cash-pay only and do not accept insurance at this time.
However, all 1v1 coaching options are HSA/FSA eligible but it is important to check with your personal plan and details.
Payment plans are available for certain coaching packages.
