Elevate: A self-paced performance nutrition course

For endurance, hybrid, and outdoor athletes who want to fuel smarter, recover faster, and finally have a nutrition strategy that supports their training and everyday life.

Training hard isn’t exactly your problem. It’s everything else that makes your performance feel harder than it should.

You're already showing up to your workouts, your job, your family, and your goals. But when nutrition feels like a moving target you end up under-fueled, under-recovered, and wondering why your effort isn't matching your output.

You don't need someone to build you a custom meal plan. You need someone to teach you a repeatable system so you can fuel your multi-sport athlete lifestyle without constantly wondering if you're doing it wrong.

This is what fueling right actually feels like

You know how to fuel every type of training day, lifting, long runs, back-to-backs, without constantly wondering if you're eating enough.

Your energy holds up through training, work, and everything in between without relying on caffeine or crashing mid-afternoon.

Your gut stops being unpredictable once you know what foods and habits support your digestion, what's making it worse, and when it's time to dig deeper.

You say yes to the spontaneous stuff because you've built a foundation that supports whatever you throw at it, last-minute trail runs, weekend races, big mountain days and all.

You stop starting over every time life gets in the way because your fueling system works whether you're deep in a training block or just trying to survive the week.

That's what Elevate builds.

Elevate is for you if:

  • You're an adult athlete who trains consistently — running, lifting, hiking, skiing, backpacking, or some combo of all of it.

  • You're in an off-season or slower training block with no races or big mountain summits in the next 3 to 4 months and have the space to actually implement what you learn.

  • You're a self-led athlete who prefers to absorb and apply information on your own time without ongoing accountability.

  • You care about performing well now and staying strong for the long haul.

Elevate might not be for you if:

  • You're in active race prep with an event in the next 1 to 3 months and need detailed race day fueling. That's what 1v1 coaching is for. Apply here.

  • You're looking for a quick fix, in-depth research reviews, or personalized coaching. Apply for 1v1 coaching here.

  • You’re not ready to apply strategies on your own or shift your current habits. You’ll get the most from Elevate if you’re willing to apply what you learn and make real changes.

What's Inside Elevate

Elevate isn't a nutrition crash course, a checklist to follow, or master’s level science degree. It's a fueling system built on the same education and strategies I use with athletes every day, in a format that aligns with your typical training and demands of life.

By the end you won't just be eating better, you'll be fueling with intention, recovering faster, and showing up to every training day ready to perform.

  • Most athletes are under-fueling and don't even realize it. We cover how to estimate your needs, adjust based on daily training load, and build a strong foundation for performance and recovery.

  • It's not just about calories, it's about what your cells need to perform and actually do their job. We cover the key micronutrients active bodies actually need, how to spot common nutrient gaps, and how to support better energy, immunity, and recovery through your everyday meals.

  • Hydration is more than a gallon a day. You'll learn how to assess your daily hydration status, what role electrolytes actually play, and how to dial things in based on sweat rate, intensity, and environment.

  • Fueling at the right time makes all the difference. You'll learn how to adjust your nutrition around training, get introduced to endurance fueling strategies, and build the habits that help you push hard, recover fast, and avoid the crashes that slow you down.

  • Know what works, what's safe, and what's a waste of money. We cover common performance supplements, how to read labels, and how to identify what actually makes sense for your training and health priorities.

  • All health and performance starts in the gut. If your body struggles to digest and absorb what you eat, this is your missing link to performance. We cover why GI symptoms show up in athletes and how to support your gut function for long-term health and performance.

  • You can't out-train poor recovery. Learn how stress, sleep, and nervous system health impact performance and how to build better recovery systems without needing a total life overhaul.

  • This is where it all comes together. You'll learn how sleep, nutrition, stress, gut health, and recovery feed into hormone function and why paying attention now matters for both performance and the long game.

Why I Created Elevate

After 8+ years working with Special Operations Forces, mountain athletes, and weekend warriors, I kept seeing the same patterns: confusion around overall nutrition, fatigue, intermittent gut issues, and frustration with slow training progress. Not because they lacked effort but because nobody had ever taught them how to actually fuel it.

Elevate is my answer to that. This course gives you the tools I use every day with athletes so you can stop guessing, stop googling, and finally understand what your body needs to perform, recover, and feel good doing it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Lifetime access to all 8 modules. Move through the material at your own pace, revisit what you need when you need it, and keep all the downloadable tools forever.

  • Yes. Elevate goes beyond general healthy eating. It's built for athletes who already care and are doing most things right but want to fuel more strategically, recover better, and actually understand the why behind it all.

  • It depends on your current baseline knowledge and timeline. Elevate covers core topics on fueling for endurance, strength, recovery, hydration, and gut resilience, all of which directly support big events. If you need race-specific details or a deeper level of personalization, 1v1 coaching or functional performance testing would be a better fit.

  • Nope, and that's the point. Elevate teaches you to understand your general needs and how to fuel your current level of training, not follow someone else's numbers. If you want custom coaching, check out my 1v1 options.

  • You'll still get a lot out of this. The course doesn't rely on one way of eating and teaches principles and strategies you can adapt to your preferences, needs, and goals.

  • You can, but they're designed to build on each other. Start from Module 1 for the best experience. This is self-paced but I recommend setting a goal of one to two modules every week to stay on track.

  • Absolutely. If you've had the basics but your performance, energy, or recovery still aren't where they should be, Elevate fills the gap between knowing enough and actually applying it at a high level.

  • Check out my 1v1 coaching options. And heads up — Elevate is included automatically when you sign up for the 1v1 Intensive.
