The Elevate Group might not be for you if:
- You’re in active race prep with an event in the next 1–3 months and need detailed race fueling. Check out 1v1 coaching options
- You're dealing with significant gut issues, suspected hormone imbalances, or other health concerns that require more individualized attention (you should consider Functional Gut Testing)
- You prefer to work entirely on your own without live calls or group interaction and aren’t looking for the kind of insight that often comes through shared coaching and athlete Q&As.

Why I Created Elevate
After 8+ years working with elite special operations forces (SOF), mountain athletes, and weekend warriors, I kept seeing the same patterns: confusion around overall nutrition, fatigue (or maybe even burnout), intermittent gut issues and frustration with slow training progress.
Elevate is my answer to that. This course gives you the tools I use every day with athletes so you can stop guessing, stop googling, and finally understand what your body needs to perform, recover, and feel good doing it.
